Front Office Team

Our front office team is here to help with all your scheduling, financial, and insurance needs. Most often, they'll be the first smiling faces you'll see when you come into the office. They're always available to answer any question you may have and want to make your time here as pleasant, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. They always try to provide the very best customer service available to ensure that you not only get an effective and excellent outcome from your treatment, but also enjoy your time in our office.

Cyndi - Office Manager & Financial Coordinator

Cyndi enjoys a variety of responsibilities ranging from treatment coordination, acquiring insurance information, and overseeing the daily office activities. She is skilled in working with patients to make orthodontic treatment affordable to all. Her motto is, "Confidence starts with a great smile!" She enjoys educating patients on the benefits of orthodontic treatment and answering any questions they might have.While not in the office, she enjoys the peacefulness of living in Willington on 20 acres of nature, kayaking and spending time with her husband Ted and their puppy, Bella!

Jessica - Scheduling & Marketing Director

Jessica graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Business Management and two minors, one in marketing and the other in creative writing. She is the first smiling face you see when you come to our office. She is responsible for all scheduling needs, managing our social media & website as well as handling all marketing responsibilities. She loves what she does and especially values the relationships built with our patients and their families. In her free time she enjoys cooking, traveling, and golfing with her husband, Matt.

Clinical Team

Our orthodontic technicians help to place braces, change wires, take any necessary X-rays and photographs, and give instruction on the best ways to take care of your braces or appliance. They love meeting new patients and take the time to make sure your treatment is an easy, comfortable and all-around positive experience from the moment you enter the door. Staying on top of technology is of great importance to our technicians, and they can be found taking numerous continuing education courses throughout the year in order to make your treatment as effective and efficient as possible. Our technicians look forward to helping you or your child gain the self-esteem and confidence that comes with a beautiful, straight smile.

Brenda - New Patient Coordinator & Orthodontic Assistant

Brenda has a B.S. in Public Health from SCSU as well as a certificate of dental assisting from Tunxis C.C. She has been an orthodontic assistant for 16 years. She loves meeting new people and being part of a great orthodontic team. Brenda is one of the first people you will meet at our office, as she is responsible for taking photographs (smile!) and radiographs. You may also find her scheduling at the front desk or assisting in the operatory. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, cooking and traveling to Ireland with her husband, Liam.

Robyn - Orthodontic Assistant

Robyn attended the CT School of Professional Studies earning a certificate in Clinical Dental Assisting. She assists in all aspects of orthodontic treatment, working on orthodontic models being her favorite. She loves working with our patients and seeing how their smiles improve from wearing braces. When she is not in the office, Robyn enjoys knitting and spending time with her kids and new kitten, Smudge!

Kacey - Orthodontic Assistant

Kacey graduated from Porter and Chester Institute as a dental assistant. In the office she does everything from adjustments to pouring models. She is responsible for fabricating all of our essix retainers as well! Kacey loves seeing the progress of when a patient gets their braces put on to the day when they get them off. In her spare time she loves spending time and playing with her daughter, Bella. Also, a big congratulations to Kacey and her new husband Paul on their recent wedding!

Stacey - Orthodontic Assistant

Stacey is the newest member of our team and we couldn't be happier to have her here! Stacey comes with 11 years of experience in the orthodontic field. She loves getting to know each and every one of her patients and making sure their time spent in our office is as comfortable as possible. In her free time Stacey enjoys Zumba classes, crafting and painting. She is very involved in her three children's school activities and being their number one cheerleader at their many sporting events. She has been happily married for 16 years to her husband, Tim.
